Shipping

We offer free delivery on all orders across the UK with no minimum spend, no hidden fees.

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

We ship via Royal Mail and Evri. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control such as postal delays.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We're unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear.

To start a return, email us at hello@thenokkta.co.uk with your order number and we'll sort it within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Email us at hello@thenokkta.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately - your choice.
